Isso posto, al\u00e9m da rede nacional de monitoramento fluviom\u00e9trico (vaz\u00e3o), em 2013 a ANA lan\u00e7ou a Rede Nacional de Monitoramento de Qualidade da \u00c1gua (RMQA) na tentativa de padronizar e ampliar o monitoramento em n\u00edvel nacional. Desta forma, todos os dados de qualidade da \u00e1gua que s\u00e3o fornecidos \u00e0 ANA e aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais devem seguir resolu\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas no que concerne aos par\u00e2metros avaliados, e an\u00e1lises laboratoriais. Com isso, se torna poss\u00edvel calcular o \u00cdndice de Qualidade das \u00c1guas (IQA), que \u00e9 o principal indicador qualitativo usado no pa\u00eds. Os crit\u00e9rios para se analisar a qualidade s\u00e3o t\u00e3o complexos quantos os de se averiguar a vaz\u00e3o de um determinado curso d\u2019\u00e1gua, devendo sempre ser mensurados por empresas e profissionais qualificados.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-9184\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9184\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">An\u00e1lise e consist\u00eancia de dados pluviom\u00e9tricos e fluviom\u00e9tricos<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9184\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9184\"><p>A an\u00e1lise de consist\u00eancia de dados pluviom\u00e9tricos e fluviom\u00e9tricos \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel para qualquer estudo hidrol\u00f3gico, tendo como objetivo a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e corre\u00e7\u00e3o de erros, bem como o preenchimento de falhas. Todavia, aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lise de consist\u00eancia requer uma qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional expressiva no ramo, uma vez que, para se utilizar de esta\u00e7\u00f5es vizinhas com o intuito de, por exemplo, preencher falhas de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 preciso avaliar diversos fatores como, relevo, altitude, proximidade, irregularidades nas esta\u00e7\u00f5es etc. Em atendimento a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta ANEEL\/ANA n\u00ba 03, os concession\u00e1rios e autorizados de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia hidrel\u00e9trica devem enviar \u00e0 ANA o relat\u00f3rio de consist\u00eancia dos dados gerados em conson\u00e2ncia com os padr\u00f5es de consist\u00eancia solicitados.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-9185\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9185\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o\/estudo de disponibilidade h\u00eddrica<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9185\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9185\"><p style=\"margin: 0cm; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #7a7a7a;\">O estudo ou avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de disponibilidade h\u00eddrica contempla a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de an\u00e1lises quantitativas dos recursos h\u00eddricos de determinada bacia hidrogr\u00e1fica, sendo indispens\u00e1vel para definir se os recursos h\u00eddricos dispon\u00edveis suportam as demandas desejadas, cujos usos podem estar associados aos empreendimentos dos setores hidrel\u00e9trico (gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia), agr\u00edcola (irriga\u00e7\u00e3o), industrial e abastecimento p\u00fablico. Semelhante \u00e0s curvas de n\u00edvel, sua representa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita atrav\u00e9s de linhas que unem pontos de mesma profundidade, sendo que, atualmente, com o avan\u00e7o computacional essa representa\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser feita tamb\u00e9m atrav\u00e9s de modelos em 3D.\u00a0 S\u00e3o v\u00e1rias as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es da batimetria, como: medi\u00e7\u00e3o da vaz\u00e3o, medi\u00e7\u00e3o da cota de rios, levantamento dos lagos de detritos (processo de minera\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo), controle de assoreamento, dragagem, c\u00e1lculo do volume de sedimentos depositados, dentre outros. Todavia, este levantamento \u00e9 realizado na parte seca, entre os n\u00edveis de opera\u00e7\u00e3o atual e o\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">m\u00e1ximo maximorum<\/span><\/em>. Em termos gerais, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do levantamento da \u00e1rea molhada compreende o posicionamento planim\u00e9trico, realizado por meio de levantamento GPS e o uso de ecobat\u00edmetros para determina\u00e7\u00e3o de profundidades. Enquanto o levantamento da parte seca pode ser realizado por meio de GPS e t\u00e9cnicas topogr\u00e1ficas convencionais. Com isso, atrav\u00e9s da s\u00e9rie de leituras de n\u00edvel obtida e consistida, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter dados das vaz\u00f5es m\u00ednimas, m\u00e9dias, m\u00e1ximas, al\u00e9m de poder realizar a estimativa das vaz\u00f5es de refer\u00eancia, que subsidiam a tomada de decis\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o dos recursos h\u00eddricos.
